Account Deletion
Details and procedure for requesting deletion of your AstroBeams account and associated personal data.
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you decide to close your AstroBeams account, you may request complete deletion of all records associated with your account.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to your consultation history, generated horoscope pdf reports, active chat sessions, and any remaining credit balance in your wallet.
Procedure for Account Deletion:
- Send an email to support@astrobeams.in from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body, include your full name and a brief confirmation that you understand this action is irreversible.
Processing Time
Our support team will process your deletion request and purge all database entries containing your name, email, encrypted credentials, birth records, and wallet logs within 7 business days. A final confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
